Most Don't Need A Pre-filter

Pre-filters can play a very important role in an overall water ionizer configuration. The cleaning capacity of all water ionizers in general cannot be as complete as a Reverse Osmosis or a water distiller. This is because to do so would remove the healthy minerals needed in the ionization process that negatively charges the water and create alkaline water. All of our advanced water ionizers remove most of any offending contaminants generally found in water, and most customers has no pre-filters connected to their water ionizers.

But Some Do

Still there are others that have situations that make it prudent to employ a single, dual, or triple housing prefilter configuration. Some customers go even further and will have nothing less than a five stage reverse osmosis unit in conjunction with their water ionizers.

Some customers have water that is too acidic to make it alkaline even after it goes through our advanced water ionizers. Our mineral pre-filter can help this situation. Some of these situations may include customers with well source water, rain source water, or customers who live in a rural farm community with above normal pesticides in their water. Other  customers live near mines or areas with oil drilling activities. Some people just feel that there is something in their water and they don't trust it. Recent news of traces of prescription medication in our nation's drinking water has also highlighted the concerns of customers about their drinking water. These are just some of the reasons why more people are installing a pre-filter of some kind.
